It was a good week for mis series :)

Gossip Girl 5.02: Beauty and the Feast
So Blair is really pregnant, but with whom we do not know. Serena is still FC with other people and I am wondering where her eyebrows have gone. Chuck has turned emo with his 'this gangrene bruise on my chest doesn't hurt a bit because Blair getting married to another hurts infinitely.' Nate still man-whoring. Although I am happy that Jenny and Vanessa are no more, I am not so sold on Charlie/Ivy. But really Dan + Blair have my full attention.

Dair, as what other people refer to Dan + Blair. I usually do not succumb to name compounding because I do think it's stupid but with Dan and Blair, I will make an exception. Gaaad, I've been waiting eons for them to get together and although it may seem that Blair is getting married soon to Louis, I still feel those two have a flicker of hope. I am crossing my fingers for Dair.

I really hope Blair will see Dan in that way

I feel I already know what will happen~ Blair will have a miscarriage, Louis will find out that Blair & Chuck have slept together during the period that he and Blair are already seeing each other. They will break up and although Blair still likes/loves Chuck, he is too caught up with self-destructing. Yes, Dan, we have a fighting chance.

2 Broke Girls 1.03: And Strokes of Goodwill
This series is really funny and I am really happy for this serendipitous find. Glad I follow Kat Dennings on Twitter cos if not, I wouldn't have found out about this.

Anyway, this episode Caroline wants Max to be her girl/gurrrr- the type of girlfriend who goes out with her to a 2-for-1 promo in a nail spa. But Max's definition of friendship is different like walking Caroline's horse every other day.

I love where this series is going. Anyway, here are snippets of this episode's funny lines:

Caroline: God, I love money!
Max: I know... I'm so sorry it broke up with you.

Max: You gottta stop wearing those stilts and get a pair of Skechers like normal broke-ass waitresses 

Caroline: Skechers? How dare you. Besides I can't afford new shoes, these cost $900

Max: Well then that's not pain, that's karma

New Girl 1.03: Wedding
The boys are attending a wedding and Nick's ex-girlfriend, Caroline, will be there so they wanted Jess to come and pretend as the new girlfriend. But the boys don't want Jess to be herself. The boys think she does weird stuff but I think she's just having fun.

At the wedding, Nick bringing Jess and introducing her to Caroline must have worked because Caroline is all over Nick now. Schmidt and the other guy I still don't know the name of wants Jess to yank Nick off Caroline. After all that flirting, Caroline admits that she has a new boyfriend now. So the truth comes out that Caroline is just stringing Nick all along. I hate girls like that. There's this one girl in my class who's like that and gaaahd I hate her.

Anyway, Schmidt finally had his chance with Brooke but guess what ruined it for him...

 Jess.

But that girl is just having fun and I really like her. How I wish I can be like her, not caring what people around think. And oh, have I mentioned that I really like their OST? It's so kick ass how they mix the old with the new. It's always nostalgic when you suddenly hear old songs like Phil Collins's Groovy Kind of Love~

---while dancing a slo-mo version of the chicken dance. Haha. Man, I love this <3 Just read the gist of next week's episode and I am excited to see it already. I hope hope hope that Nick and Jess end up together but of course they're not going to give me that right away. I have to wait and they say that good things come to those who wait~ that something must be really really GREAT considering the length of time I've waited. Nuff said.

Hart of Dixie 1.02: Parades and Pariahs

This show is very promising. I just watch this because of Rachel Bilson and the eye candies and also the nice OST, but now into the second episodes, I say it is pretty interesting. 

What Zoe has to do is to get off her high horse cos not because she is from New York, people are going to bow down to her. Yes, Lemon Breeland is sort of annoying but I think I know where she's coming from. You're the newcomer, you adjust to the ways of the people not the other way around. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. She has to observe and learn about the place because this is not New York anymore. I'm not saying that she has to change her spots but if you want people to take you seriously as a doctor, must you wear short shorts? She still can but not now when she's still proving herself. She has to earn her credibility, yes?

And one more thing, I don't get it why these boys push through with an engagement/marriage when they're unsure and think they like another. Like George Tucker. But it's just an engagement which can still be broken off, unlike a marriage [actually, may divorce din pala sa States] and he's not even sure if he really likes Zoe. But please, do not flirt with her as if you're not engaged... mga paasa...

So who will Dr. Zoe Hart end up with? Lavon, that handyman dude or George? I really like George but too bad, he is engaged to be married to Lemon. But if Lemon does something really nasty to Zoe, George just might break up with her a la Jake Rosati. Gahd, I miss Awkward.

I'm glad it's already Saturday because that means I only have to wait two more days for new episodes and oh, Chuck will be out soon.
