Total andito na rin naman tayo, let's update my birthday wish list...
First and foremost, (5) a new Kindle
I'm perfectly fine with the model I have but I guess if I have to buy a new one, eh di I'd have to upgrade na din. Although I really prefer the PagePress than Touchscreen- Kendall isn't touchscreen and I guess I like pressing more than swiping, hehe. Leche, what's funny? #inaatakenanaman

Welcoming the Inevitable
Just a week left until my birthday (I'm turning 33, yikes!) and I am sick. Boohoo! I have so much things to do and it's not that I am complaining because I'd always choose lots of orders over lots of free time to finish my books and watch my Korean series, but it seems that I can't focus!!! I keep on jumping from one task to another. I need to FOCUS. And I think I can't do that much right now cos it's my birthday soon and my thoughts are now mainly occupied with all the dinuguan and cake I'll be eating ☺
Anyhoo... here's my wish list for Cumpleaños 2015... Olé!
1. I still want Daddy's Dinuguan and Becky's Kitchen's Swiss Chocolate Cake or Conti's Mango Bravo. Walang mintis, every birthday that's daddy's gift to me cos he refuses to cook dinuguan on ordinary days kasi nga I'm so big already and I guess I eat plenty whenever we have dinuguan for ulam. So tanggap ko na na pang-special occasions lang and dinuguan such as, mi cumpleaño ☺
2. I really, really, really want these display stands
nakakainis, I can't find the solo pic of the wooden cupcake stand
I already have my own display shelves pero since I'm a hoarder, I want more! Haha! Just one of each lang naman eh ☺
3. AC and I watched Inside Out yesterday and I decided I also want a Joy plushie.. for obvious reasons.
although Sadness plushie looks cuter...
4. Charmed bracelets! Unconsciously, I've been collecting charm bracelets and I don't mean the expensive Pandora ones cos methinks they're ugly and expensive. What I like are rose quartz, jade, etc.. I am not very familiar with the other stones. AC started it. Well, I bought my first bracelet in Eastwood in a bazaar- an Amazonite bracelet which I already forgot what it was supposed to do for me. I bought it mainly because of the color but it's all faded now :( Then AC gave me tiger eye ba yun last CNY for good luck and jade bracelets. Then AD bought me rose quartz then AC gave me jade ulit. Eh I want this violet charm bracelet which is supposed to give me business luck ☺
Argh. I swear I have plenty pa to add to this list. Memory gap na. Sabi ko na nga ba I should've written them down. Will update na lang as I remember ☺

32 and Counting...
Yikes my birthday is only nine days away. I honestly have no idea what I want for my birthday. Well, I am sure what I want is a colored laser printer but I'm also 100% sure no one's going to buy that for me- not even my mommy. I actually have a wish list but I am not very sure if I want them for real.
1. Wax Seal Kit with my initial "V" or "J" - I think I've wanted this since I found out about its existence but I keep forgetting that I want one until I go to Scribe and see it on their shelves. They're much cheaper now than six years ago (I think) but I still don't buy it because I do not know where I am going to use it. Although now I think I can use it for packaging purposes.
2. Clarisonic Mia- This is another "gadget" I want and because it's pretty pricey- $100- I am very, very wary. If estimated price is 5K, unti na lang dagdag ko I can buy a laser printer already. So you see my dilemma?
3. 1TB External Hard Drive - This one I've been planning on buying very, very soon because my laptop's free space is only at 45%. If mommy gives me birthday money, this is what I'm going to get. Tee hee.
4. Martha Stewart Large Circle Cutter and all their punchers- but alas, it is very expensive. Maybe if I'm getting lots of orders I can "invest" in punchers for, you know, packaging purposes☺ Nakakatulo-laway talaga pag tumitingin ako sa Amazon nito. Talagang history repeats itself. I was into scrapbooking ten years ago. Now I still want scrapbooking gadgets but not exactly for scrapbooking purposes. I want to have a craft room and am slowly building my crafting inventory.
5. I still want Clinique Acne Solutions but not sure in what shade. AC and I already used up AB's pamana Neutrogena funda and I am in dire need of a new one which will not give me breakouts. I tried AB's Clinique Acne Solutions funda once (I just need to try it once to know if a make-up product is agreeable to my skin- quick reflexes yata ito) and I knew right then we were meant to be together. Maybe next time I feel pangit and splurging on a "beauty" product would be justifiable.
6. A new pair of sneakers- not exactly Converse. Keds or Tretorn will do. But I kinda like these mint-colored sneakers. For the longest time I wanted a new pair of Birkenstock Madrid but I don't like showing my feet and toes to the world as of now. They're pretty fugly as of the moment so I'm shielding them from bashers of ugly feet.
7. A Fraxel Laser Treatment- because aside from having fugly feet, I also have fugly skin.
8. Daddy's Dinuguan ☺
Ayan, my wish list for this year's birthday. And oh, I also want good health for my birthday. My health card already matured last August 10 so I had to pay when I had my FBS, SGPT and creatinine taken. Sana lahat normal. And and and... I really want to get a hair cut NOW. Yep, medyo damaged ang self-esteem ko ngayon eh, so pardon the pity party. Anyway, to battle the demons, here's my gratitude list:

♥ The brow pomade I ordered from Anastasia which I thought got lost in transit has been found! Hallelujah! And I really do mean it- Thank God talaga. Then I guess it wasn't $35 down the drain. Yipee ☺ My sister's former landlady told her my brow pomade is with her. Yay! Yun lang kailan ko kaya makukuha. But patience is a virtue and I have pa my Anastasia brow grooming set from AB. So yuuuh, that's good news.
♥ New orders. Yay! That feeling I get when I check my email without any expectations and then I see that email ordering my stuff- and a repeat order at that- and I feel so so good. Being a one-man production team, what I do requires a lot of effort and attention to details from beginning to end but I love doing all that work. I hope I can be given more opportunities to work on new orders. And also, I'm happy that this time I'm not rushing. Both orders are ready for delivery tomorrow. Good job to me.
♥ Fast internet connection. I don't need LTE. Happy na ako sa 3mbps internet speed. No need to buy DVDs to watch my Korean series. I just have to visit my favorite video streaming sites et voila, I have access to my Kdramas- updated and with good subtitles. Just finished Marriage Without Dating and I loved it. Hindi ko man masyado gusto ang mga bida, the storyline is enough to make me stick with it 'til the end. Currently watching High School King and It's Okay, That's Love. Not as funny as MWD pero puede na. I'm thinking of watching Fated to Love You which I was hesitant to watch again as I already saw the Taiwanese version (which I loved, by the way). I'm so distracted. Oh noes.
♥ Lower electricity bill. Guess one of the perks of transferring place of business is paying lower utility bills. Sales is lower but I am quite shocked that I am only a few thousands away from hitting last year's sales figures which means bigger income for me. Hopefully come September sales will pick up.
♥ Friends coming home. I love it when friends come home from where they came from. Haha. I miss my friends. The only friend I used to have regular meet-ups with just recently had a boyfriend and I guess she's spending more time with the boyfriend or maybe she's just busy career-wise, let's give her the benefit of the doubt na lang. So I'm just happy that my friends are coming home and meeting up with me. Next on the list is Ycel. I'm so excited!Dazzit. I can't think of anything more but I bet there's so much more I have to be thankful for. Bye for now because I'm getting my daily

wish list for my 30th
Keeping my expectations low this year although this is sort of a milestone year for me- I just want daddy's dinuguan and maybe Mango Bravo from Conti's. But of course I still can't do without my annual wish list. I already got myself a calculator with receipt output, so we can leave that off the list this year ☺
♥ WISH LIST 2012 ♥
1.Tresemmé shampoo and conditioner. And so the obsession with my tresses ensues.
2. Seche Vite top coat.
3. Birkenstocks Madrid in Rose Wine Birko. I remember buying my first (and only) pair eight years ago when it still cost P2,500. Now it's 1,000 pesos more expensive. Pero in fernez, I did get my money's worth. It lasted me around 4 years, with almost everyday use. I think of buying my second pair sometime soon
4. K-Palette Eyebrow chuva. But the obsession over my eyebrows is far greater... Saw this while perusing the shelves of Beauty Bar. I know, I know... I still have a bazillion other eyebrow thingamajigs here but this one is supposed to be waterproof and smudge-proof which means I won't have to worry about the case of my disappearing brows amidst sweaty or rainy days or sisters who bully me and erase my penciled brows on purpose :P
5. LAPTOP! This is actually more or a NEED than a want. If my sister follows her schedule of moving out to their new house, I will be without a computer by the end of the month. I need this for making labels, updating records and researching on the internet. My budget is only 30K. Personally, I feel that's a big amount to spend but I guess I need it for my hanepbuhay so justifiable. Although what's sad is that amount won't get me a laptop with kick-ass specs.
That's it pansit. Shorter list this year, diba? And mostly pangkaartehan. Haha. Naman, dapat 15 years ago nagsimulang lumandi no! But really, I'm so content with my life now. Of course there are a bazillion things I still want and need to do, see and experience but in general, I am happy ☺

birthday wish(es)
Rainy days and Mondays- most people hate it but I am perfectly fine with it provided that they don't happen at the same time. Take them apart and I will hate it because rainy days mean lower sales. It's already the eighth month of the year meaning we're getting nearer my most favorite month ♥ new season of my favorite shows, the unofficial start of the Christmas season in the country (oh I can't wait to hear Christmas carols playing everywhere) and it is also my birthday month. For now, I am grounding myself ergo I cannot go on lakwatsa or buy anything from Watson's or the grocery or National Book Store unless it is for official use.
Anyway, my main birthday wish is that my business endeavors be successful. As for my material wants...
1. Brow Buddy
2. L'oreal Base Magique
3. new computer speakers that don't sound basag
4. a calculator that prints receipts
5. a new computer table
6. flats, flats and flats! from Suelas
7. BOOKSin the YA category. AD laughed at me for buying a book for young adults. Sorry naman but I need feel good vibes and I'm feeding my brain with those from teenybopper romance books but none of those Twilight-ish, vampire-themed books
8. More pretty notebooks but none of those Moleskine shizz because they're heavy and very expensive. I've discovered Yeah! notebooks that they sell in National Book Store which are waaaay cheaper and just found out last week that they also have those squared notebooks.
9. a new bag and I've been eying this one from Cole Vintage
10. wallet na maswerte haha! any wallet basta swerte ☺
So there, my birthday wishlist so far... one at a time because it's enough that I learn lessons vicariously. One at a time ☺ Delayed gratification, I think I can live with that plus they say that it is a sign of intelligence. Consuelo de bobo :p

killing time
Just got home from Negastar's advanced birthday dinner at Uncle Cheffy's in Eastwood. Yummy panizza and bbq ribs for dinner. Two groups for dessert- one half went for ol' trusty coffee at Starbucks and the other half tried Happy Lemon. Sipped from everyone else's (except my brothers-in-law's) drink and I reckon I kinda like the tinge of saltiness against the general sweet chocolatey taste. Maybe next time I will have Happy Lemon instead- cheaper than a mocha frap and perhaps, lesser calories?
The reason for the early birthday celebration is daddy's going back to the province tomorrow. Oh well. My dad's still working hard to provide for us. Geez, I really have to stop daydreaming about that business empire and start making it a reality. I will be a bazillionaire. I am a bazillionaire. Mind over matter, yes?
Killing time. Missed out on tonight's Bones's episode so I'm staying up until 1am to catch the replay.
What else to talk about... nuninuninu...
Oh, I have a new item on my wishlist:
The Brow Buddy form Billion Dollar Brows. I WANT! Saw this one while perusing the shelves of Beauty Bar and it was love at first sight. But since I am Little Miss Kuripot, I didn't get it right away. Beauty Bar is selling it for Php1,600++ while it's sold at US$20 in the States- half of what they're charging here. So I intend to have my sister buy for me instead ☺ I can't wait!
Ayoko na. Will go to my room and catch up on me reading.
Toodles xoxo

christmas list
Stuff I want not just for Christmas but any time of the year ;)
- bareMinerals foundation in golden beige and multi-tasking minerals in summer bisque A late bloomer I am although I think I haven't really bloomed yet or if I'll ever bloom. Anyway... my skin is really sensitive, therefore any foundation/face powder either makes me break out or gives me bazillions of blackheads. Thanks to mineral make-up I've found something to hide my kuti-kuti, haha! I have already Maybelline's mineral foundation but it's making my face itch most especially when it's humid. This is actually more of a need than a want.
- calculator that prints out receipts Actually what I want is a cash register that goes ka-ching every time you make a sale. Someday I know I will have a cash register but as of the moment a calculator with receipt output will do. Alam ko wala naman masyado use pero gusto ko lang siya.
- a nikon d40 It's hard being a camera squatter. I don't have a pressing need for one as of the moment but sometimes I just want my own. I want it to be my call whether or not to delete a picture nor I don't want anyone telling me to delete my pics from their camera.
- solano tourmaline flat iron Or any brand of tourmaline flat iron to tame my unruly 'do. How in the world do we channel Olivia Palermo when all my baby hair's gone berserk?
Hmmm... what else do I want? As of now these are the only stuff I can think of. For sure there will be additions to the list :)
To be continued...

i want!
I do I do I do-ooh! But a pair costs P2795. Aray ko. But when my resources allow me so, I will come and get you! ;)

28 things i want for my 28th
With only ten days before mi cumpleaño, I've come up with a list of things I want to covet in my 28th year. Not necessarily on my birth date itself but will try to obtain the entire course of the year.
I don't consider myself materialistic. Actually, I revel in life's simple pleasures like seeing a polka-dotted butterfly or guessing a blind item right. But sometimes you just have to treat yourself to nice things. I like it when I have nice things. It doesn't have to be expensive. Just nice. So without further ado, la lista de mis deseos:

But sometimes you just have to treat yourself to nice things. I like it when I have nice things. It doesn't have to be expensive. Just nice. So without further ado, la lista de mis deseos:
magic 8 ballbecause I'm a free spirit who likes to leave it all to chance, fate, chever. LOL. Or I'm just too lazy to decide on my own and leave it all up to a toy. Riiight. But really, I just want that toy (kasi na-inspire sa And I Love You So).2011 moleskine planner (soft)Last year, bought a planner from Fully Booked- a hard-bound spring notebook. Cute and just what I wanted but too heavy to lug everywhere I go. And I'm supposed to bring it everywhere with me! So I want this planner because it's lightweight and it sure feels different (smooth talaga!) writing on a moleskine. Thanks, Ycel! :)- moleskine squared Something about you is so addictive...
- new computer speakers because the old one conked out and the new one is basag-sounding. Well, what do you expect from 150-peso speakers? Really wish mommy would give me birthday money for this hehe
- 17" flat-screen monitor because supposedly, you only use 1/3 of the power required to run a CRT
- a nikon D40 libre lang naman mangarap, diva? But I'm contented naman with my sisters' cameras and I still have my sister's Canon Power Shot A75 which I would have yet to buy rechargeable batteries.
- that department store deal really keeping my fingers crossed
a pair of fit-flopstingnan nga natin kung effective... total, I walk going to the plaza every now and then, why don't we shoot two birds with one stone, ya?cute, black thong slippers/ sandalsI need a new pair of rubber slippers acceptable for spooting, haha. My Havies and Ipanema are worn-out and are not deemed fit for spooting purposes. bought fake Sanuk in Greenhills, haha. Comfortable naman, which was actually the reason why I got it- still, an original chanel 2.55 **wish**
a slot in the 2010 SJ bazaargranted.mario badescu drying lotionlapit na maubos ang aking local version!- 500gb external hard drive If such exists. I need a hard drive to store all my downloaded stuff.
- exercise ball yes naman.
- clinique acne solutions Just want to try this product because supposedly, it won't make my skin break out. Bought Maybelline's BB cream but noticed that I still get clogged pores from using it. Baka lang this one would work.
Murad acne spot treatmentThis product really works! But sad to say, it costs a frickin' lot. Was able to get a product sample and it worked wonders on my blackhead- infested T-zone. Not exactly what I asked for, but I'm using a 4-step regimen from a derma I consulted and so far, it's working. Look ma, no pimples ;)China Glaze's For Audreyor Orly's Gumdrop I want!- sneakers wala na pala akong rubber shoes/sneakers... I'm always in flats. Para naman maiba.
- diamond stud earrings REAL diamonds. Okay, maybe it would take me more than a year to get myself these, but I'm sending out my order to the universe as early as now.
round-trip ticket to New York City, baby!mommy said she's shouldering half of the airfare. that's the next best thing to a free round-trip ticket, ya? only, mommy could withdraw this offer anytime.- new pair of birkenstocks madrid because they go well with almost everything i own. Makes dressing up everyday so much easier...
- this... I believe that you have to invest in these. Sure feels different when it's a good fit.
- pastel-colored balloons tubmlr's influence
- a minimalist computer table Seriously, my computer table needs to retire. It looks like it would cave in and collapse soon... I need a new one that doesn't have too much compartments and shelves so I can't stock clutter.
- chandelier I swear I used that chandelier logo even before SM did! I want my own for my part of the room's pink and white pa-sweet effect! Not princess-themed, mind you. More like French manicure-inspired ;) Oha!
calculator with receipt outputWala lang I just want one. What I really want is a cash register that sounds "ka-ching!" but since it's impractical to have one, I will settle for a calculator that prints out receipts.- una beca I hope I could successfully apply for one and hopefully, make the cut.
- GOOD BUSINESS! For all my endeavors to be successful and income-generating.

killing time
Home on a Friday night, as always. Anyway, just a few weeks before my birthday, wee! Contrary to Ycel's belief, I haven't started with my countdown just yet. So to make the clock tick away like mad, I'm creating a list of what I want to accomplish before my birthday and things I'm looking forward to.
Books I Will Read:
Movies I Want to Watch:
Books I Want to Read:
Haay, the things one does to kill boredom. Actually contemplating on turning this PC off and just finish reading P.S. I Love You which is taking me forever to finish. Getting to the good parts so I think it'll be speedy from now on, hopefully. I have a date with Channel 32 later at 9:50 pm- NCIS and Bones.
And oh, I am in anticipation of the following (aside from my birthday):

Waiting for My Slobong
It's a rainy and humid, sticky Tuesday. I dislike rainy days but I don't like 38ºC temperatures as well. Why can't it be Christmas already? I love it that it's already June, just 6 months away 'til we deck the halls with boughs of holly fa la la la la la la la la la ♪♫ I even have my Christmas decor for the plaza already. Excited much?
I'm here alone in the room, alone but not lonely. Just finished researching for possible promos for the spa for the months to come. Sales has been low for the past two weeks and although I could attribute the fact to a lot of factors (ie. people are busy preparing for school opening), I think I would have to be proactive here and bombard our clients with new happenings and promos. For a small village, there are a whole lot of nail spas and salons here. Of course, a little competition is healthy but I think it's time we do without the sari-sari store mentality. Go find your own brilliant idea. For crying out loud, they can't even come up with their own spa operating hours. Tsk.. tsk... Okay, now that I'm done with the bad vibes, let's proceed with the good ones.
I've been a bit kikay lately, I don't know why. Before all of these, my only vanity concerns were my pimples and eyebrows. I never even cared about make-up. Or worried if the strands of my hair are neatly brushed away from my face. Well, I do think it's about time that I do some preening. I have to primp myself up if I want to look polished, right? I've already bought some stuff which I think would help me in this little journey to looking all polished and here are some of what I'm planning to buy in the coming weeks... that is if business is good.

this product claims to dry out pimples overnight and prevent new ones;
I'll try this one once I've finished my current stock of drying lotion
to add to my collection of facial washes
to rid of all those unwanted facial hair

And these are a just a few of my must-haves ☺ Oh no! I must scrimp on some things so I could splurge on enumerated stuff above. And there's also this New York trip I'm saving up for. Target date is Autumn 2011. Must get rid of unnecessary expenses.
Speaking of expenses, the entire family, except AC, attended this Attracting Wealth seminar. Very similar to the secret and what I'm quasi-practicing right now. You just have to abide by the Rules of the Universe and its powers will conspire to give you what your heart desires. So now I'm kinda in the process of revamping my VISION BOARD and be more specific with what I want. Ayun nga, I've been sort of practicing this wealth attraction method for some time but never really experienced bongga effect. Maybe there's something I am not doing right, ya? There's a specific time to look at those pictures on your vision board to summon them in my life and that I've got to find out. Soon. But for now, I must continue looking for pictures to add to my vision board.
And oh, I should really lose weight. I've already gained 10 lbs before I went on vacation and I do believe that I gained more. Not for anything else but health reasons, I want to shed the extra pounds. And that, my friends, is the current source of my frustration. I currently see myself as this one big blob and I can't seem to imagine how I could lose 50 effin' pounds. I hope I could wish myself thin. Arrr...
And on that note, here's something from tumblr to remind myself that everything is possible if I will it. Yaha!
Maybe there's something I am not doing right, ya? futuro perfecto
I saw this dress on the internet while blog-hopping and right from the moment I laid eyes on it, I fell in love with it. I think I want to wear something like this when I get married. That is, if I get married.
I showed the dress to AD. But she only liked it whereas I LOVE IT. She said I would have to lose weight muna before I could pull off something like this. Oo nga naman, kasi kung hindi, magmumukha akong sofa na tinabunan ng katya.
Anyway, since we're in the topic of cheesy stuff... my favorite song as of the moment is Natasha Bedingfield's Again. If and when I get married, I want to play this song. It kinda has the same meaning as Rascal Flatt's Bless the Broken Road.

hands over my head thinking what else could go wrong
would have stayed in bed, how can the day be so long?
I missed the first train, stood out in the rain all day
little did I know, when I caught the next train there you were to sweep me away
guess that's what I waited for
never believed that things happen for a reason
but how this turned out removed all my doubts
so believe that for you I'd do it all over again ( do it all over again)
all I went through it led me to you
so I'd do it all over again.
whoever thought a day gone so wrong could turn out so lovely

What I Want Now

by Stephen Chbosky
Another nice find through tumblr. Slowly, I am turning into a full-fledged emo by tumblring everyday.
Finding the book was a challenge. During the Christmas holidays, I looked for it in Powerbooks. It was out of stock. And costs P800+ daw. Very expensive, no? Then just two weeks ago, I was in Fully Booked in MOA. I saw a copy of the book and it only costs P500. Cheaper but still expensive. I didn't buy it for hopes that I could find a free ebook. And guess what, peklat? I just downloaded it from 4shared.
Will start reading after I finish The Book Thief.

Again, influenced by tumblr users. And I oh-so-want to jump on the bandwagon...
Moleskine Squared notebook,
I ♥ YOU!
I want one but I'm afraid it costs a whopping P1,000+ and I think it is ridiculous to spend such an amount on a notebook. But then again... haay. It costs less in the US. Gusto ko magpabili. Ewan ko kung kanino. I WANT ONE.

sheet.
I am in a foul mood. Recurring toothache. Love-hate relationship with myself. Current abhorrence towards my hair. And I am feeling extremely irritated.
I didn't have Spanish class today. And for the next two Saturdays too. And it actually feels different. I miss my Spanish classes. Before, I thought Spanish classes rob me of precious sleep (but then again, I get to sleep all I want everyday) but now I crave for that Saturday morning rush. Oo, medyo baliktad ako... I don't rush on weekday mornings. I love Saturdays maybe because it is the only time I get to go out of the house. Also an excuse to not go to TPOB (the place of business). I miss my classmates... I miss Pam & the girls...
Usually, I get out of my rut by surfing the net. Aimlessly wandering in the world wide web... I, myself, couldn't believe how much time I've wasted staring at my Friendster account, petting Fluff friends on Facebook, and going through my (usually) spam-mail-filled e-mail account FOR HOURS! For years, I haven't done anything productive with my time and my knowledge (kung may natitira pa!).
I'm thinking, maybe I've gotten so sulky and sad because I've been spending too much time on the computer and not having enough interaction with other people. Plus, I've read too much of other people's blogs and have compared myself to them and to what they have achieved. And to attain happiness, comparing one's self to another is a no-no. I've become too obsessed about how other people live their lives that I've forgotten that I should be living mine. And now... I think I should limit myself on my usage of the computer and the internet and devote my time into something more worthwhile...

I want to get a Teen Vogue subscription. Ideally, buying back issues is better since it's cheaper. However, for the past 3 months, I haven't had the chance to stumble into October 2007, November 2007, December/January issues. And it's making me frickin' atat!
It's just an idea, something that may or may not happen. However, I have three options as to how to get a subscription.
Option 1: Subscribe locally. Via Emerald Headway. 10 issues/year costs around P2,800++ I think...
Option 2: Subscribe via teenvogue.com Apparently, it's only $35 for a year~ that's P1,400++ in our money! Much, much cheaper. However, I don't know if $35/year already includes the shipping fees.. baka mamaya the shipping fees are $35 din... 'Wag na lang, diba?
Option 3: Ask my relatives living in the States to buy me new issues and I'll pay them na lang... This option seems to be a good one.. only that I don't actually have a close relationship with my relatives over there. So this option, however feasible, is doomed from the start.
I'll think hard about this...
This is a major decision I have to make since it involves my dwindling money reservoir.

All I Wanna Do...
I'm in scrapbooking mode once again!
I was on a hiatus with myfirst second tenth love, scrapbooking. When I started working for my sister's business, I stopped doing pages. Well, scrapbooking takes a lot of time and a single page may take an entire day to finish since I scrapbook the old-school way. I cut by hand all the letters, one by one. That process alone can take me an hour to do. Haaay... To be Poorita Jones...
My desire to create scrapbooks again was rekindled when my sister gave me a copy of Papercrafts. I want want want want want to do it again. I also love love love to have the newest machines and equipment for scrapbooking!!! Tulo-laway talaga ako when I see all those new gadgets and equipment.
This is Cricut's new personal cutting machine. It's just so beautiful! Imagine with this little baby I can cut all the shapes and fonts my heart desires? Well, that is if I have a cartridge. Anyway, if I have this machine I don't have to manually cut each letter and creating pages would be done in a jiff. Imagine! But this machine costs $299.99 or P15,000. That's too much money to shell out for a hobby, don't you think? And of course there's the maintenance and the other stuff that I have to use with it like the other cartridges that each cost $89.99 and ejection foams! Haaayy... Maybe someday if I've fulfilled my dream of becoming a landlady of leisure.
This is Xyron's personal cutting machine naman. I have no idea if it's cheaper than Cricut but I'm sure it costs an arm and a leg, too. (At least for me.. )
But for now I guess I have to settle with my ol' trusty scissors and cutters while I still have no budget for all those fancy machines. *sniff *sniff *
