week 14: one thing's that pretty consistent in my life- food seems to be the highlight of every day

☺monday☺
delivered the goods to my suki. good thing i have my sister here and she was more than willing to drive me to fort. i hope my suki will order again... soon. free ice scramble c/o V. lunch at shopwise. my lunch was a hungry hungarian sandwich. V had shawarma pero parang malansa so she didn't finish it and just bought jamaican pie. i used to love jamaican patties but then i realized that i they smell like dog food, so now i don't like them anymore. we ran errands after having lunch. meralco and bank to pay bills, bills and more bills.

after running errands, V dropped me off at sle where i will wait for nene so we could watch sarah g's movie. i promised her last week that i'd treat her to a movie and merienda.

☺tuesday☺
shop duties! i was a good girl and was there even before the shop opens. once in a while, i would have to show 'em some good example. was there most of the day. AD fetched me from the shop to accompany her fetch mommy from malvar. brought mommy home, then went with her to rome. i fell asleep mara clara pa lang. she woke me up several times so i could go home already. super tired already and sleepy so just went on with my sleep. sarap matulog ♥

☺wednesday☺
because i am a stage auntie, went with V for J's fitting. took a cab going there cos we will be hitching a ride with AD back home. cab fare cost us P173. kaya ayoko talaga mag-taxi. ubos talaga pera. haay. anyway, reached our destination right on time. J went to his fitting- he'll model one shirt lang naman pala. made AD treat V and me to lunch- go greek! had mixed meat gyro. yum!

☺thursday☺
shop duties again! i'm such a good girl ☺ but i think i went home early again cos J fetched me from the shop. we bought merienda then brought it to ADs house. and pretty little liars catch-up sesh. mr. fitz is such an eye candy.

☺friday☺
tagaytay with AD, D and J. i'm ADs official photographer so she brought me along, pero siempre lamierda na rin. [ever since i found out what lamierda really means, i feel awkward using it but still there's no other term which could perfectly capture the filipino connotation of "la mierda." btw, la mierda means the shit.] perfect weather. if only there's no volcano in that place, i would love to live there. isinantabi muna ang lenten practice na bawal kumain ng pork on fridays cos we were on "vacation mode." lunch at dencio's with bulalo, laing and pork sisig. sinful. haha. wedding preps at taal vista lodge. wedding ceremony at the chapel in calaruega. it was a beautiful wedding. if i were to get married, i want it in a small chapel as well. ayoko ng masyadong pabongga. weddings in small venues tend to be very solemn and intimate. even i who don't even know them and only met them just on that day, almost cried while i was listening to the priest's sermon and while i was taking photos. well, iyakin naman talaga ako. merienda at bag of beans. ordered caramel macchiato and blueberry cheesecake. yummy ☺ but didn't enjoy it as much cos of throbbing headache. very heavy traffic going back to manila. super borlogs na pag-uwi.

☺saturday☺
last meeting for fili1. discovered that our profe is taking time off for a month and this means that we can have a break, too! grabe, kaya naman ako bilib na bilib kay Lord eh. here i was thinking of whether or not to enroll for fili2 because 1) i need a break, 2) i need to focus on the shop most esp. on saturdays/sundays, and 3) finances-- tapos i find out that we are indeed having time off. ten weeks! oh wow ☺ thank you, Lord!
lunch at hongkong chef c/o joy. she celebrated her birthday last march 19 so it was her birthday treat for the class and our profe. scrumptious chinese food. my favorite was the shrimp salad- not too much mayo. then off to the other side to have merienda. coffee and mais con hielo at jay-j's. whatta combination, no? but i tell you, i was in dessert heaven, haha. moa to find something, but to no avail. hard-to-find na ata yun eh :(

☺sunday☺
stayed at home the whole day. was supposed to go to makati for Js fashion show. but we had to beg off the last minute cos Js sick and was wheezing since saturday. we hope he doesn't have asthma naman. just brought pizza for merienda. i was craving for pizza hut's stuffed crust pero ibang pizza binili nila. there's this place along libis where they sell humongous pizzas. it was okay but my ♥ still belongs to stuffed crust pizzas and/or cheese pizzas.

brand new week. i hope this week would go smoothly, most especially in the shop. one of the techs will go on leave daw. i hope she's telling the truth. i will try to be optimistic here but of course, there's still this glimmer of doubt. i told her i'll be giving her a raise starting may. i hope that's reason enough for her to come back.

i'm keeping my hopes up. i need new affirmations!!!
