manic monday

Ack! Panicky as we speak. Actually, more panicky than last week and that's because I've only 3 days to go 'til my bazaar. I need to get everything accomplished by Tuesday or Wednesday so by Thursday, I would just have to come up with a booth design. Actually, I think I should be conceptualizing booth design as early as now. One step at a time.

And this week's best news- I have a new nephew! My sister gave birth November 20 to Matteo Antonio (MaTon, haha! But unfortunately, not yet the baby's official name). He's so cute! I'm in love :) But of course, first love ko pa rin si Juwa. Originally, Vicky was due two weeks from now but since she contracted dengue, she had to give birth earlier because of complications. Thank God, she and baby are both fine. I'm just sad that they're not coming home here; instead, they're staying with her husband's family. Boo! I miss Joaquim already. No more wake-up calls from him every morning. Gone are the illusions that Joaquim will sleep with tita at night because the new baby might wake him up in the middle of the night, which brings me to my fear that Joaquim and the new baby might not be close to us. I took delight with what happened earlier today when Joaquim saw us in the hospital for the first time after they moved back to H's family~ his face lit up and he was grinning from ear to ear. Omigosh, I will really miss him.

My bad news for the week is I'm slowly slipping back to my junk food habit. I lost an itty bit of weight the last two weeks because I was avoiding softdrinks and trying to lessen my rice consumption. But trying to get things done and stressing about lots of stuff, relevant or not to my enterprise-building, made me crave for SUGAR! Plus, I think not taking breakfast also makes one want to eat eat eat! And for the past three days, I ate fast food all the frickin' time. I want this week to be an antithesis of last week but with more stress I see coming through, I don't know if I can keep that.

Super sleepy already and I've got a long day ahead of me. I hope I can get everything that needs to be accomplished accomplished tomorrow. Wish me luck!
