Promise

Game. Seryoso na'ko. Totoo na talaga.

Starting tomorrow, I'll go on a quasi-diet~
No more Coke.
No more sweets overload.
Five spoonfuls of rice, tops.

Well, it mighty gets frustrating when you can't fit into A N Y T H I N G!
Plus, I have to lose weight for my sister's wedding on October.
"Willpower is the ability to eat one salted peanut."
In other words~ kung gusto may paraan, kung ayaw may dahilan.

Hi tita joy! I too, have the same dilemma. I really really wanted to lose weight coz i want to fit to dresses i wnted to wear. I started walking every morning and i hope before the end of the i will lose 10 kilos. My friends keep telling me to minimize food intake then exercise a lot. Try not to eat rice.(im trying). You could start this hoily week. at least nagsacrifice ka na may indulgensya pa. gusto mo pataasan tayo nga nalose ng weight para may challenge? Start Tayo April 5... weight tayo before april 5... i post natin dito? Game??????
