Olivia Palermo. Alongside Rachel Bilson's, her wardrobe is what I want to covet as of the moment. And the hair... Oh, what I wouldn't give for hair like that. I read somewhere that she is the inspiration for Blair Waldorf's character in Gossip Girl. I do see the resemblance. I covet!
